岗位职责
As a Recruiter Trainee, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Participating in talent attraction initiatives, such as job fairs and campus recruitment events.
