Support end-to-end recruitment for operational roles, including candidate screening, interview coord

岗位职责

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles, including operators and technicians. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems. Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns, including job fairs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time to fill and pipeline health, and provide regular updates. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
