Operations Internship - Passenger

As an Operations Intern for the Passenger team, you will support daily operations and strategic initiatives to enhance the passenger experience. Your responsibilities include: Analyzing operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in passenger services. Assisting in the development and implementation of operational processes and policies to optimize efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer support) to execute projects that improve passenger satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g.
