Internship: Human Resources

As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable exposure across the Human Resources functions while building practical experience in a dynamic retail environment. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will support a variety of initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, and Employee Relations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
