岗位职责
As an Apprentice Motor Technician, your primary responsibility is to learn the skills required to become a qualified Motor Technician. You will be directly responsible to the Service Manager and your success will be measured by the following criteria:
Perform jobs correctly the first time according to client requirements (QCSI).
Meet quality standards and requirements.
Develop product knowledge and technical skills.
Achieve set productivity targets (time units).
Ensure no comebacks or rework.
Pass approved testing.

No prior experience required; this is an entry-level apprenticeship.
Must have a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in automotive repair.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
