Internship: IT Technical Support

As an IT Technical Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the delivery of reliable and efficient technology services across the business. Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you will provide technical support to end users and contribute to maintaining the hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
