岗位职责
As a Miller Apprentice, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the mechanical and operational efficiency of production facilities, equipment, and plant resources in bulk cereal handling, milling, and starch extraction.
Your duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the milling process, ensuring that machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will learn to identify and troubleshoot operational issues, perform routine inspections, and maintain production standards.
Additionally, you will assist in managing plant resources to optimize output and minimize waste.

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
A strong interest in agriculture and milling operations.
Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
