岗位职责
As an Industrial Engineer Intern, you will support the optimization of manufacturing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Utilize data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor production quality and performance.
Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze production data to generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and throughput.

Technical qualification or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing environment (internship or work experience included).
Strong proficiency in data analysis and SPC; CAD experience is advantageous.
