As an NCV Level 4 Intern, you will be placed in retail stores to perform basic merchandiser duties.
Your responsibilities include assisting with product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting inventory management.
You will learn to follow merchandising guidelines, interact with customers to provide product information, and collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement.

You must be a young, driven TVET graduate with an NCV Level 4 qualification.
No prior work experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and work in a retail setting is essential.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are necessary.
