岗位职责
As an Apprentice Joiner with The Guinness Partnership, you will work within Guinness Property, our in-house maintenance service, delivering repairs to 55,000 homes across England. Your primary responsibilities include:
Performing rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure residents' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.
Assisting experienced joiners in tasks such as fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and other joinery elements.
Learning and applying health and safety regulations on site.

No formal experience required, but a keen interest in joinery and construction is essential.
Willingness to learn and develop practical skills through apprenticeship training.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
