As an Interaction Designer Intern within the Customer Experience & Service Design (CXSD) team, you will contribute to the design and development of digital products and services that enhance patient and healthcare professional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions and create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios.
Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
