Construction Internship

【岗位职责】 作为施工实习生，你将支持施工团队交付高质量住宅项目；职责包括协助项目协调、监控施工进度、确保遵守安全与质量标准；与分包商和供应商合作以维护进度并解决现场问题；协助材料采购、库存管理和项目里程碑文档记录；进行现场检查、跟踪预算并为高级管理层准备报告；参与团队会议讨论项目更新并贡献流程改进意见；从地基到最终验收提供住宅施工的实践体验，并接触房屋建造的所有阶段。 【任职要求】 无明确列出。

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior internship or work experience in construction is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
