Construction Internship

As a Construction Intern, you will support the construction team in delivering high-quality residential projects. Your responsibilities include assisting with project coordination, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedules and resolve on-site issues. Additionally, you will help with material procurement, inventory management, and documentation of project milestones. This role involves conducting site inspections, tracking budgets, and preparing reports for senior management. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and contribute to process improvements. The internship provides hands-on experience in residential construction, from foundation to final walkthrough, and offers exposure to all phases of home building.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior internship or work experience in construction is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
