As an IT Intern at Havas Singapore, you will support day-to-day IT operations and ongoing technology initiatives under the guidance of an IT Manager. Your responsibilities include:
Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues; assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems for end-users.
Systems Administration: Help maintain and monitor IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals; perform routine system checks and updates.
