Property Acquisition Intern

As a Property Acquisition Intern at Spoto, you will play a key role in expanding the company's property inventory by sourcing rental properties from online platforms. Your primary responsibilities include: Sourcing rental properties from Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, OLX, and other online platforms. Contacting property owners to gather and verify property details. Onboarding verified listings onto the Spoto platform. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of property information. Collaborating with the team to meet inventory growth targets.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
