CAREER PROGRAM COORDINATOR

The Career Program Coordinator is responsible for administering professional career development, training, or recruitment initiatives that align with the business needs of the organization. Key duties include recommending changes to administrative processes, procedures, and workflows to improve program operations, as well as providing advisory services, technical guidance, or program guideline recommendations to managers and program participants.

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the federal service, demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position.
