Management and Program Analyst

The Management and Program Analyst (Regional Outreach Specialist) is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to expand employment opportunities for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. Key responsibilities include: Outreach Strategy Development: Recommend and execute strategies for outreach, communications, public education, and engagement to promote VETS programs and services.

To qualify for the GS-13 level, applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal Service.
