Level 2 Platform Ops Engineer

The Level 2 Platform Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining core insurance platforms across Life and Non-Life business lines. Key responsibilities include: Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve Level 2 incidents for platform-related issues, ensuring timely restoration of services. Perform initial triage, diagnosis, and escalation of complex issues to Level 3 support or development teams as needed. System Stability: Monitor platform health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
