Registered Nurse- Travel Veteran Coordinator

The Traveling Veteran Coordinator Registered Nurse is responsible for executing a streamlined approach to receiving, triaging, and directing timely, coordinated care for traveling veterans. This role is aligned with the Primary Care service line at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. Key responsibilities include coordinating care for veterans who are traveling, ensuring seamless transitions between healthcare settings, and facilitating communication among healthcare providers.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE).
