Apprenticeship Outcomes Manager

As an Apprenticeship Outcomes Manager, you will manage and continuously improve the achievement, retention, and progression of apprentices within the Apprenticeship Outcomes team. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring and reviewing apprentice progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance apprentice achievement and retention rates. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support apprentice success. Analyzing data and generating reports on apprenticeship outcomes to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and requirements: Strong background in monitoring and reviewing apprentice progress. Experience in managing apprenticeship outcomes or similar roles. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
