As an Intern in SAP Key User Support, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to key users across various business functions. Your duties include:
Assisting key users with SAP system navigation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Documenting and tracking support requests in the ticketing system.
Collaborating with the SAP support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Participating in user training sessions and creating user guides.
Supporting system testing and data validation activities.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for SAP processes.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of SAP systems is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
