As a Nurse Practitioner Intern at Hutt Hospital, you will work under supervision to provide advanced nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and managing common acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications within your scope of practice, and developing treatment plans.
You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
Enrolled in or completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
