【岗位职责】 作为手术室新毕业注册护士，您将负责提供直接患者护理并支持外科手术流程。您的职责包括评估患者健康状况、制定并实施护理计划、监测患者对治疗的反应。您将协助准备手术室，确保所有设备无菌且功能正常。在手术过程中，您将与外科医生、麻醉师及其他医疗团队成员协作，维持安全高效的环境。术后，您将在恢复室监测患者、管理疼痛，并提供伤口护理及随访指导的教育。您还需准确记录所有护理干预措施及患者结果于电子健康档案中。此外，您将参与质量改进计划并遵守感染控制协议以提升患者安全。您将通过预判需求、操作器械及维持无菌技术来支持手术团队。您还将协助患者转运、体位摆放及术前准备。您的职责延伸至管理手术耗材、库存及设备维护。您将通过入职培训、导师指导及持续教育项目参与终身学习，以发展围手术期护理技能。您还将为团队合作与尊重的文化做出贡献，确保以同情心和专业性提供患者护理。 【任职要求】 该岗位需要有效的沟通能力、批判性思维以及在快节奏环境中工作的能力。

To be considered for this role, you must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky or a compact state license. You must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, either an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). New graduate nurses are welcome, but previous clinical experience in a surgical or acute care setting is preferred. You must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. You should demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based practice.
