As a Graduate Trainee at BUCO Polokwane Sapphire, you will participate in an 18-month internship designed to provide hands-on workplace experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily operations in a building supply retail environment, including customer service, stock management, and sales support.
Learning and applying company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve efficiency.
Participating in training sessions to develop skills in retail management, inventory control, and customer relations.
