As a Graduate Trainee in the BUCO Longbeach division, you will participate in an 18-month internship designed to provide hands-on workplace experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks within the branch.
Supporting the team in customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Learning and applying company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Participating in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop professional skills.
Collaborating with various departments to gain exposure to different aspects of the business.
