The Graduate Trainee will participate in an 18-month internship program designed to provide hands-on workplace experience. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks within the BUCO Phalaborwa branch.
Supporting the team in customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Learning and applying business processes, including procurement, stock control, and financial reporting.
Participating in training sessions and projects to develop professional skills.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
