Intern, Construction - Madison

As a Construction Intern at Pepper Construction, you will be immersed in a 12-week summer internship program (June–August 2026) where you will work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project coordination, supporting daily construction activities, and learning about project scheduling, cost control, and quality management. You will participate in field observations, help maintain project documentation, and contribute to safety inspections and meetings.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
