Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist Intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operational management of our portfolio of vacation homes in Italy. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond administrative tasks, requiring you to actively contribute to the smooth running of our properties and guest experiences. Your key responsibilities include: Coordinating property maintenance and housekeeping schedules to ensure each home is guest-ready. Managing guest communications from booking through checkout, including check-in instructions, local recommendations, and issue resolution.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
