As a Hospitality Management Intern in the Food and Beverage Department at Six Flags Great Adventure, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional meals and creating memorable family experiences for guests. To be successful in this internship, you should have: - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-focused mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification is a plus). - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. - Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. - Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check. - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
