As an Order Management Intern at Signify, you will support the order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Your responsibilities include:
Order Processing: Enter and manage customer orders in the system, verify order details, and resolve discrepancies.
Customer Support: Coordinate with internal teams and customers to address order-related inquiries and issues.
Data Management: Maintain and update order records, track order status, and generate reports on order metrics.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
