岗位职责
As a Technical Support Intern, you will provide technical assistance to internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth operation of tax-related software and systems. Your responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to tax administration software and SARS processes.
Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems used for tax compliance.
Documenting technical procedures and creating user guides for tax-related applications.
Collaborating with senior technical staff to identify and implement system improvements.

Minimum qualification: Completed or currently studying towards a qualification in Taxation or Law (with tax exposure).
Experience: None required.
Strong interest in South African tax administration and SARS processes.
Sound understanding of basic tax principles (Income Tax and VAT advantageous).
