As a Site Reliability Engineer I at Mastercard, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical payment systems. Your primary duties include:
System Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor production systems 24/7, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Implement automated monitoring solutions and dashboards to proactively identify potential problems.
Automation and Tooling: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration management, and operational tasks.
