As a Manager, Site Reliability Engineer at Mastercard, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical payment systems. Your primary duties include:
System Reliability & Incident Management: Lead the design and implementation of robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of services. Manage on-call rotations and drive post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
