Staff Psychologist-Primacy Care Mental Health Integration

The Staff Psychologist in Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) will provide comprehensive mental health services within a primary care setting. Responsibilities include conducting brief assessments, evidence-based interventions, and consultations for patients with mental health concerns. The psychologist will collaborate with primary care providers to integrate behavioral health into patient care, offering same-day access and follow-up as needed. Duties also involve developing treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, and coordinating care with specialty mental health services.

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment (e.g., clinical or counseling psychology). Completion of an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship is required.
