Equity Capital Markets Intern

As an Equity Capital Markets Intern, you will join the premier equity powerhouse and contribute to leading the largest global equity offerings. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the execution of primary and secondary equity offerings, supporting the team in structuring and pricing transactions, conducting market research and analysis, preparing client presentations and marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate deal execution.

Candidates should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a strong academic record. Interest in equity capital markets and financial services is essential. Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills are required.
