岗位职责
As a Retail Assistant at our Hamilton, Centre Place store, you will be the face of our brand, delivering world-class customer experiences and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Your primary responsibility is to help customers find the right products by making technology accessible and understandable, even for those who are not tech-savvy.
You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable devices and accessories, and demonstrate product features in a clear, non-technical way.

We are looking for someone who can talk tech in a non-techie way, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You should have a passion for technology and a genuine desire to help others.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
