Research Intern

The Research Intern will perform day-to-day research-related activities, including administration, laboratory tasks, data collection, quality control, quality assurance, community recruitment and retention, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and good clinical practice requirements within Research Centre studies at Wits RHI. Key performance areas include assisting medical staff with clinical procedures, managing participant scheduling and follow-ups, maintaining accurate records and databases, conducting informed consent processes, and supporting community engagement efforts.

Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in health sciences, life sciences, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in a research or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
