As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Mastercard, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our global payment systems. Your primary duties include:
System Reliability & Incident Management: Design, implement, and maintain highly available and resilient systems. Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and drive post-incident improvements to minimize downtime and impact.
Automation & Tooling: Develop and maintain automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and operations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
