Construction and Design Intern

The Construction & Design Intern will assist the Director of Construction & Design with a variety of tasks related to the development, design, construction, and operations of affordable housing properties. Responsibilities include supporting design tasks such as drafting and reviewing architectural plans, conducting research on materials, building codes, and sustainability practices, and preparing documentation for project approvals. The intern will also perform analysis of project data, including cost estimates and timelines, and contribute to writing reports and presentations.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
