岗位职责
As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will play a key role in supporting apprentices to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Your primary responsibilities include:
Monitoring Progress: Regularly track and review the progress of apprentices against their learning plans and apprenticeship standards. Provide constructive feedback to help them stay on track.
Coaching and Guidance: Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions to apprentices, focusing on skill development, confidence building, and overcoming challenges. Offer tailored advice to support their personal and professional growth.
