As an Intern in Real Assets at Allianz Group, you will support the real assets investment team in various activities related to infrastructure, real estate, and other alternative investments. Your responsibilities will include:
Investment Analysis: Assist in the evaluation of potential real asset investments by conducting financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence. This includes analyzing market trends, property performance, and financial statements to support investment recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
