Growth & RevOps Intern

As a Growth & RevOps Intern at Recrivio, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team, taking on a business ownership role rather than a traditional learning internship. Your responsibilities will include: Driving growth initiatives and revenue operations strategies to scale the business. Analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in sales and marketing processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes and track performance metrics.

Preferred candidates have prior experience interning in fast-paced, founder’s office environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic startup setting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
