As an Operations Intern, you will support the daily operations of our mobility and delivery services. Your responsibilities include:
Process Optimization: Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Assist in implementing new processes to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
Data Analysis: Collect and interpret operational data (e.g., driver performance, delivery times, customer feedback) to generate actionable insights. Create reports and dashboards for management review.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
