岗位职责
The Compliance Internship Program offers an opportunity to work within the Mexico Compliance team, which is responsible for ensuring Morgan Stanley Casa de Bolsa adheres to regulatory requirements applicable to its operations.
Interns will gain exposure to various compliance areas, including Conduct and Ethics, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Surveillance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Global Financial Crimes (GFC), Sanctions, Information Barriers, Government and External (G&E) matters, Personal Dealing, Swap Dealer Dodd Frank Act compliance, and Regulatory Affairs.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
