Internship Contabilità

The internship focuses on learning operational activities in supplier accounting management, specifically handling the passive cycle. Primary responsibilities include: Receiving purchase invoices for materials, services, utilities, leases, boats, spare parts, interest, and intercompany charges. Digitizing documents related to these invoices. Supporting the accounting team in verifying and processing supplier invoices. Assisting with the reconciliation of supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies. Maintaining organized records of all incoming invoices and related documentation.

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
