岗位职责
As a People & Culture Trainee at SLS Barcelona, you will support the People & Culture team in daily operations, gaining hands-on experience across various areas of the department.
Your responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing documentation and maintaining employee records.
You will support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and communicating with candidates.
Additionally, you will help with onboarding activities, including preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
You should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior internship or work experience in HR or administration is a plus.
