Accountancy Apprenticeship Trainer

As an Accountancy Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training and learner support across a range of accounting and finance programmes. Your responsibilities include:

Designing and delivering training sessions that align with apprenticeship standards and qualification frameworks.

Providing one-to-one coaching and mentoring to learners, helping them develop practical accounting skills.

Assessing learner progress through regular reviews, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

AAT qualified (or equivalent accounting qualification) at Level 4 or above.

Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with practical knowledge of accounting principles.
