As an Apprentice Groundworker, you will play a key role in construction projects, working outdoors and hands-on to build foundations and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with ground preparation and excavation tasks
Laying foundations, drainage systems, and concrete works
Operating and maintaining construction tools and equipment under supervision
Following health and safety regulations on site
Collaborating with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met
Learning and applying construction techniques through on-the-job training
Supporting other trade
