As a Talent Associate at Alan, you will play a key role in building and scaling our team to support our mission of transforming healthcare. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Talent Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events. You will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
