As a Front Office Trainee at INK Hotel Amsterdam, you will be at the heart of guest experiences.
Your role begins with warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensuring a seamless stay.
You will handle reservations, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Additionally, you will assist with concierge services, providing recommendations for local attractions and dining, and help maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
