As a Guest Relations Intern, you will be at the heart of the action, working closely with our Front Office team and the Guest Relations Officer. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities include:
Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests with a positive attitude, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Front Office Support: Collaborate with the Front Office team to manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring smooth operations.
